plants add redundancy for critical pouring and boost
hourly production capacity with the ability to load two
trucks at one time.
Utilizing Port-A-Pour
low-profile portable silos keeps the whole plant
highly mobile. Six loads to haul – all on tandem axle
suspension with landing jacks throughout. Just pull the
plant in, level it out with the jacks, plug it together,
and you’re ready to pour – no erection whatsoever.
Both plants utilize “Fast Recovery” to improve daily
production capacity. The operator is able to keep the
batching bin for cement constantly filled by feeding
from the “Fast Recovery” silo through a 12” auger
between batches. This also enables the operator to
accept powder loads into the system with zero downtime
waiting for trucks to unload.
Four aggregate bins adds operational flexibility.
The plant comes complete with fully integrated computer
control system and industry leading patented admixture
metering and delivery system.
Delivery of the fly ash, cement, and aggregates are
proportioned according to the mix design using variable
frequency drive technology and precision blended in the
base plant blender box before charging the mixer drum.
